We’ll take care of the rest for you!Returns:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us at your costs for a refund at our discretion. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be happy. So if for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, just go to My Account in and contact us for a return.With Emartec’s – 7  days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the state you received them with it original packing intact and in un-use condition.

Return With Emartec – It’s Easy:

  • You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from the receiving date.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your application for returns being rejected.
  • Return shipping  and associated costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • We will do a refund only after we received the return items and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

How to return a parcel to us?

Step One: Process Your Return

  1. Log into your account from the My Account link located at the top right of our site.
  2. Locate the Order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it.
  3. Email with your Order number and desire to return the product and a reason why. “Invalid reasons will not be tolerated” alongside your tracking code.
  4. State within the email whether you would like to receive credit to your account or a refund. Or whether you would like to hand collect the amount.
  5. Once you have completed the above, please wait for us to respond to you which usually takes 72 hours after you complete the above process.

Step Two: Your Shipping Box

  • You can use your original Emartec box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  • Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
  • Shipping Agents Label: If you chose to SHIP BACK by using any of our designated shipping agent labels, and you must drop off your return at a shipping agent Service Center after we informed you the location. Thank You!

Note: Please ONLY send to the shipping agent center once we have contacted you to do so and please quote the return message id together with the return parcel.

Whether you ordered the wrong item or realized later that you wanted to change, Smart Waves  offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy to help you get the right item you need for your system.

Unless it is specifically stated on a product page, the following policy applies to all Smart Waves purchases:

  • Claim any damaged, wrong, or missing items on delivery within 1 working day.
  • Returns and exchange are valid within 7 days after your purchase.
  • You must provide the original Invoice.
  • Please contact Customer Service by phone or mail before sending the item.
  • There is no return or exchange for assembled gaming PC or assemble parts by customers; Items should be in the original sealed packing.
  • Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The product itself must be 100% intact and in the same condition it was when it was sold.
  • All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition it was provided to you. Any packaging materials included with your purchase that include disks, CDs, manuals, materials, warranty cards and digital media … etc must be returned with the item.
  • The following items do not qualify for a refund or exchange under this policy:

1-       Accessories ( Computer & Mobile Accessories)

2-      Software products

3-       Cartridges

4-       Toners

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
